Yes, excellent. They kept in touch with me even during the long agonizing wait after ordering the doll. Every question I had, no matter how silly, was answered. They even assured me that they would deliver the doll before I left my vacation spot. I was skeptical about this. I didn’t think it was even possible. Today, I received the doll two days before my vacation and it is flawless, exactly as I imagined it would be, it looks exactly as it does in the photos and I am very happy with it.
