Yes, the site is recommended. I was a bit hesitant at first because of the other reviews, but the price was so good that I could buy two dolls and (almost) stay within my budget. On top of that, they reply to emails very fast (during working hours in China), maybe a bit too fast sometimes (^^’), but since neither of us are native English speakers, mistakes can happen. Even if I’m nitpicking, if I had to rate their support, I wouldn’t go lower than 9.5/10. he’s great.
