Yes, the ordering process on this site was easy and seamless. As it turns out, the color on the factory photo was terrible and the doll was perfect. Overall, would I order from this site again? Of course I would. I’ve said it before: mistakes are inevitable, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the very good experience I had with them, except for those few minor blunders. I definitely recommend this site and it gives me 5/5 stars!
