Yes, I had a great experience with this site. This was my first time purchasing dolls and I am so glad that everything went well. They went out of their way to respond to everything I asked for. For example, when I wanted to change the color of my toenails, it was no problem at all. I also accidentally changed my address when my doll was shipped and they took care of it right away, which I really appreciated.
